The ACO is keen that all officials (Umpires and Scorers) can develop to their full potential and Surrey ACO run a number of courses for umpires and scorers to help people understand more about the roles, in addition to the ECB-run courses that provide opportunities to move on to higher levels.
Once accreditation has been achieved further development can be undertaken with mentoring and performance monitoring.
